Fr. Andrew Kemberling
We appreciate your financial support of the Seminaries. There are several opportunities throughout the year to give to the Seminaries.
- Annual Appeal - During the weekend of November 3rd, 2012, a diocesan-wide effort is conducted to both raise the visibility of the seminarians in formation and offer a platform to assist in raising funds for the day-to-day operations.
- Your donations to the Annual Seminary Appeal provide the many resources needed for priestly training. Funds from the annual appeal assist the Seminary with general operating expenses including, Cardinal Stafford Library improvements, funding for academic programs, seminarian health insurance, and ongoing building maintenance
- Annual Seminary Dinner - an evening in in early Fall that is organized to bring the community together and hear the current State of the Seminary.
Current Operating Needs supports a dedicated commitment to forming priests, the seminaries of the Archdiocese of Denver have reached an exceptional stage. In just one decade, they have claimed a place among the top 10 U.S. seminaries, as measured by the number of seminarians and ordinations. This achievement has occurred during a critical period in the Catholic Church, nationally and globally. Now is the time to expand the seminaries' ongoing role in, and contribution to, the Church's future. By supporting our current operating needs, you are helping us deliver a quality education for our religious' formation.
Long Term Needs are being met through a partnership between The Catholic Foundation, the seminaries and you, the donor. This will support endowment and capital program initiatives that will provide the best possible formation of priests through human, spiritual, intellectual, pastoral, and missionary development. The Campaign offers you an opportunity to help both seminaries attain their goal for this and later generations. By contributing to A New Harvest Campaign, you will not only underwrite the seminaries' position and reputation - you will help build the very future of the Church.
