The 2012 Servant of the Word Awardee has been selected! This year the Catholic Biblical School is honoring Father Robert Barron, a priest of the Archdiocese of Chicago and the founder of Word on Fire Ministry, a media apostolate.

Father Barron is renowned for his creation of 'Word on Fire Catholic Ministries.  He has spread the word of Jesus on the http://www.wordonfire.org/ website; on YouTube; he has authored 10 books; speaks all over the world; he recently did a 10-Part Series on PBS on 'Catholicism'; He is a guest speaker on EWTN and guest on Catholic radio shows; and serves as the Francis Cardinal George Professor of Faith and Culture at Mundelein Seminary in Illinois.

The 2012 Servant of the Word Award Banquet will be held Friday, February 17th at the Pinehurst Country Club. More details regarding this event will be made availble shortly.
